Our standard operating procedures have changed in order to comply with public health England guidelines. Without question our main priority is to maintain the health and well being of our staff, customers and the wider public.
We have taken the following steps to mitigate risk:
When Meeting (non-contact if required**).
-Where required we will wear the associated protective equipment.
-we will not initiate physical contact.
-We ask to remain at distances of no less than 2 metres at any time.
(Non-contact if required**) we recommend for higher risk groups such as the elderly, those with underlying health conditions and expectant mothers:
-We remain outside the property for the visit duration and customers remain inside. Where necessary we can communicate via phone and simultaneously obtain visual contact through windows, doors etc.
When works commence.
-The same general meeting precedence will be adhered to for higher risk groups where required and social distancing for all others.
-Should higher risk customers wish to inspect the works this can be done in one of two ways.
1) When we are not on site.
2) At any time by just calling the crew and asking them to centralize in the van whilst the customer inspects and relays thoughts via phone if necessary.
This process allows us to keep operating safely.
